This application is made for a very comprehensive diet, that features four levels, with different duration and rules.

First, the user inputs information about himself (or synchronises the data with Apple Health app) and the duration of levels as well as goal weight is calculated.

Then the user is presented with everyday diet plan, with rules for each day, what to eat and what not.

The app calculates steps made by the user, as the daily goal is to make 10 thousand steps.

Also, the user is able to input information about water and oats consumption for every day, as there is a goal for each of them daily.

The weight graph shows the goal, the date when it will be achieved, the user is able to input his current weight everyday.
