Fitness app features user profile, training calendar, several training programs with over 100 video exercises.
The main feature of the application is the amount of video exercises organised into training programs, which can be added to user calendar. There are training plans for home or gym, for high or low load, for one day or a whole month.
Each exercise has a video and a detailed text explanation, amount of times it shall be done during the training program, and a timer if necessary.
The user is able to add several training programs to calendar, then start performing exercises planned for today, and then mark them as done.
The app also has user profile, nutrition plans and user push notifications. The colours of the app can be changed by user, featuring 20 different visual themes.
App is available in English, Russian and Spanish languages on iPhones, iPads and Android devices.
