App features weight, water and steps tracker, cooking recipes for a two weeks meal plan, Health app synchronization and user parameters calculator.
After the user has entered his body parameters, the app calculates ideal weight and a date when this weight will be achieved.
Then the user is able to see a detailed meal plan for each day, with cooking recipes for five times a day. The amount of food to be cooked depends on users current weight, which he is able to enter daily and which is synchronised with Health app.
The app also calculates steps made by the user, and drinking water consumed, which is very helpful for the diet.
This application is available on iOS and Android.
